Salsa : In a Nutshell (Jar)

Each jar of Salsa 101 salsa is home made in our state of the art kitchen from the freshest ingredients and then delivered right to your door! Each jar of Salsa 101 salsa begins from planning in the early springtime in Southern Indiana. At this time, banana peppers, jalapeño peppers, cayenne peppers, tomatoes and onions are set out.
During the summer each and every plant is lovingly tended to and watched over while the seedlings grow into mature plants. All of our produce matures directly on the plant, allowing for the best flavor possible. As the summer draws to a close, these vegatables are harvested and the produce is moved directly into the kitchen.
At this time, we then set out about the task of chopping the produce into huge chunky sections suitable for Salsa 101 salsa. The result is the the best, chunkiest, tastiest salsa this side of the Rio Grande!

The final stage of the preparation is canning. The amount of time of harvest to canning is the absolute minimal time necessary to ensure that our product is as fresh as can be!
